Membership in Women in Standards is available to all those individuals and SDOs interested in pursuing and supporting inclusion in standardization. Our membership includes men, women, and others from industry, government, and elsewhere and we encourage all those interested in becoming more involved to join today.

Women in Standards offers two membership options to all of its members.

Individual Membership

This option is free to all individuals. To register as an individual member, click the registration link. Individual Memberships include additional member benefits as listed below:

  • Access to the Standards Developing Organizations (SDO) Directory
  • Access to the Calendar of Events and stakeholder events
  • Access to all articles and other content
  • Ability to be elected as the “Elected Member” on the Women in Standards Board of Directors.

Standards Developing Organization (SDO) Members

$300/year – SDO Member Memberships are per person and reserved for Standards Professionals representing their Standards Developing Organizations. To register as an individual member, click the registration link. SDO Memberships include additional member benefits as listed below:

* SDO sponsors are entitled to one free SDO membership

  • Submission of employment opportunities and calls for committee members to be included on the WiStandards website employment opportunities page
  • Manage your SDO listing in the Standards Developing Organization Directory
  • Participation in SDO Interest Group(s), which develop panel discussions, guides, webinars, and other content relevant to SDOs
  • Inclusion of the SDO’s information in the WiStandards vendor directory (coming soon)
  • Ability to be elected as the “Elected Member” on the Women in Standards Board of Directors.
