Join us for a discussion on how we navigate change.  References from Ms. Meddaugh’s book, “Navigating 5 Life Changes,” An Odyssey of Resiliency and Hope will be shared as well as insights on navigating through personal growth and change.
Change is a constant – whether we institute a change or a change is forced upon us, we all develop tools for how we manage change.  This webinar will focus on Mary Lou’s 5 step process to begin to make the changes you want to make in your personal and/or professional life.

Mary Lou is a Certified Life Coach, Consultant and Author who works with individuals and teams managing and embracing change.  She draws on her own experience of navigating five major life changes in five years to help others traverse their journey through change and self-discovery.

She currently serves as Co-Chair of two organizations:  Western Mass Coaching Alliance (WMCA), a coaching organization in the Pioneer Valley, and the Employment After Retirement Network (EARN), an initiative to help people over 55 find jobs. In her roles with both groups, Mary Lou provides leadership, mentoring and program development. She is instrumental in empowering teams to create and implement strategic initiatives aligned with their respective vision and goals.  She utilizes her management and marketing experience to ensure sustainability and scalability for both groups.

Prior to starting her own business 7 years ago, Mary Lou worked as an executive in several companies including serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Communications in the US for Bureau Veritas, an international company headquartered in Europe.  This certification company worked with global standards and regulations for worldwide consumer products and is one of the top three companies in the world.  Mary Lou was responsible for global brand management and marketing communications – a role that involved extensive collaboration with marketing teams and management around the globe.  She has a proven track record for thought leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, building and empowering teams, and for managing change.

Mary Lou has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She is certified as a Life Coach through Coach Training Alliance, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation.  She regularly teaches workshops on marketing strategies and embracing change and has appeared on television in a PBS affiliate program, Connecting Point and a regional show, Mass Appeal as an expert in her field of coaching.  She recently published a book titled Navigating 5 Major Life Changes, An Odyssey of Resiliency and Hope which is in the memoir, inspirational genre.  Drawing on professional experience and her own journey of managing change, Mary Lou guides and inspires others to take the steps needed to navigate through life changes to achieve personal and professional growth and fulfillment.
