The Society for Standards Professionals (SES) offers certification for standards professionals. Certification comes in two levels for those working to develop or facilitate the development of standards. More information on gaining certification as a standards professional can be found here.
AStd – An associate level that demonstrates a fundamental knowledge of standards and application. This is helpful for standards contributors looking to expand their knowledge of standardization – both the development of standards and how they are used in conformity assessment.
CStd – A career professional level certification. This is a great way to show your knowledge, skill, and ability as a standards professional.
Certification as a standards professional will provide you with confidence in your ability, evidence of your skill and expertise in standards development, and align you with other experts in your field.
Join other Women in Standards members in becoming a certified professional, share your experience, and help support the next generation of certified professionals.
